Next door to a busy train track, did not like that the pool was in a seperate building as we had to walk across the parking lot with our young children. Room was quite small with tiny bathroom.

Staff was excellent to deal with. How ever my room was lacking. It was clean but the furniture was worn down to where the finish was off. Plus for some reason on one of the walls there was a square wall paper patch that was peeling away from the wall. The room was not properly stocked with towels or soaps cups etc.. for the number of guests staying there. Had to call the front desk or use the AI app. Goethe cost of the suite this should have been in the room.

Overall our stay at the Canmore Inn and Suites was great. The staff members were friendly, the suit was clean, just a little outdated. The views are the main reason I picked this hotel and I was not disappointed! The breakfast buffet was delicious and affordable. I was not able to use the pool as there is a limit of 25 people at a time and during the times we were able to swim, the pool was busy. The convenience of having laundry available in the hotel was a fantastic, the laundry room and machines were clean and affordable. I am very satisfied with my stay and would recommend the Canmore Inn and Suites to anyone who is wanting to enjoy a budget friendly stay.

It was frustration working with the staff about our broken shower. But in the end, they were able to provide us with another shower which I am thankful for. The maintenance guys were great as well. These reviews are solely based on the front end staff.

The room I took was a 2 queen bed as this was the only availability at the time. The room was a little tight to move around. The room is clean. Bed is comfortable. The food option was excellent. The staff were great!

Im Großen und Ganzen eine gute Unterkunft, die auch weiterzuempfehlen ist. Das Frühstück für ca. 6€ pro Person ist sehr günstig und reicht vollkommen aus. Allerdings ist das gesamte Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht ausgeglichen. Die Zimmer sind veraltet und die Zimmertüren bieten eigentlich nur einen Sichtschutz. Man kann alles, was sich im Flur abspielt hören. Wenn man auf den Zimmern zu den Bahngleisen untergebracht ist wird man auch regelmäßig vom vorbei rauschenden Zug erschrocken.

We enjoyed our stay at the Canmore Inn and suites. The hotel was clean, spacious room, and comfortable. Although it did not come with breakfast, you could pay to eat breakfast. The breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast that you would get included with your stay at other hotels. We would stay here again.

Just okay. Very overpriced and we could not get any pillows that weren’t just shredded memory foam stuffed in a pillowcase. No one monitoring the pool for unattended preteens making it unsafe for younger kids on the slide. And if you leave a stuffed toy and a throw blanket on the bed, because housekeeping will not make your bed on that day. We didn’t spend a lot of time there because we were out hiking every single day but for the price I was very underwhelmed.

I really liked this property. It’s everything I want to have. We enjoyed the hot tub, I door pool and water slide. The hotel is an easy walk to downtown and many shopping and dining options as well as 2 grocery stores. Breakfast isn’t free but it’s cheap and has many options. I only wish the property had better lighting. Inside the room, washroom and hallways were not well lighted.

The staff was great, at the front desk and the cleaners. The room was wonderful, the views amazing. The pool and slide provided hours of entertainment for our granddaughter. Wonderful location. It was easy to get to shops, trails or Hwy 1. We’d love to come back! Canmore Inn made our first trip to Banff National Forest very memorable and relaxing!!
