Smells so bad, bed sheets have stains, walls have cracks, floor is dirty. Really disappointed doesn’t look like the photos at all. Didn’t expect it to be like this went to the front to ask for a room change said they can’t do anything. Never booking with them ever again

The hotel was fine for a value price and a place to lay your head. We were taken back when they were going to turn away my guest (non paying adult) because she did not have photo identification. It started our visit off tense. The property scanned her work ID instead. It all seemed unnecessary and she felt unwelcome. This was her special graduation weekend, and it started out unpleasant. The property is fine and the price was right but I think I will look around for a place that will be more welcoming next time.

Great location, very hospitable and professional friendly staff, my only suggestion would be to make the dining experience a bit more enjoyable. There are so much more options in the area to eat you would think they would try harder to to compete with the neighbouring establishments. Maybe the were short staffed when we were there, the restaurant just didn’t do it for me. My wife and I sat down with our 2 children and we asked for juice and coffee and the waitress said so four coffee and two juice. I really just should have taken my 5 year olds and 3 year olds coffee instead of having to wait forever for a refill. All in all though good stay.

Second time staying here and we were not satisfied. Check-in was not that great, front desk clearly doesn’t like talking to people - more of like one question, one answer. We got into the room and was about to take a shower when I noticed strands of hair in the tub, clogged tub as well and no new toilet papers. We called the desk to have it all delivered but FD said No HK anymore but they will send the one we requested. It came but took awhile tho. Anyway, room was nice and cozy. Lots of parking.

Everything was great aside from the fact that there was hair on the ceiling of the bathroom and that the bathroom sink was draining very slow when we used it just before check out in the morning

I definitely wish I had read reviews on Google before booking, instead of trusting the reviews on Expedia because they were much more positive than Google- but Google was much truer to my experience. There were weird stains on the walls and a burn hole in the curtains, the cleanliness wasn't the worst but it left a lot to be desired. Beds were clean, made and comfortable except for one small stain on one of the bedsheets. It's not a major problem for me, but the rooms were in a sort of unfinished state with patches of unpainted wall that had been patched and the tables/counters were in really rough shape. Something that was mentioned in some reviews that I found VERY true was that starting around 8:30 the cleaning staff are extremely loud in the hallways. I understand that cleaning needs to be done, but this was excessive banging on walls and doors and was very disruptive. There was no trouble with check in, but it was sort of odd that they check everyone's IDs and not just the one who booked/paid for the room. This is the first hotel I've stayed at that required this. The stay wasn't bad, and it's a cheap option which is convenient, but it wasn't great and I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The facility is outdated. No free breakfast. Everything was so cheap. They didn't even have lights in the swimming pool area. Hot tub was not working. Staff at the front desk kept medsing up out key cards. Twice in fact. Treadmill did not function properly. There was a huge party down stairs and it kept going till about midnight. Vending machines stole our coins for snacks. Rooms were really not great for paying 150 a night. I would not be a returning guest at this hotel in the future. It was dingy, outdated, a had a musky smell. No free breakfast is a turnoff and being so cheap with lights in the pool area was a big no no. Old vending machines and slapped you can tell the fixes to the building was subpar. Not a nice stay. Find something else.
