A beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting, decorated for Christmas. Food is captive audience; two pubs, two restaurants, coffee shop, all very expensive. Interesting activities for children, make your own s'mores every evening! The spa is fabulous! It was extremely busy, so service was usually slow. It was quite crowded over Christmas, but still a favorite destination.

Room was beautiful and quiet. Staff were super friendly and extra helpful. Only negative was that the indoor pool and hot tub area was under renovations, but I was aware of that when booking, so it wasn't a surprise. Gorgeous views when walking the trail around the property too!
