「Everything about this property is worth the stay. The mall is literally at the bottom of the hotel so if you forgot something no worries you’ll find it when you get here! Drago’s in the lobby for the oysters is so accessible that’ll eventually feel like home !!! The property and the rooms were clean and spacious! This will forever be the only place I stay when coming to New Orleans!!!」

The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「The front desk staff was very accommodating especially after a long car ride in. The property was very clean and comforting. Plan on staying here again in the near future specifically just to enjoy the amenities the hotel offers. 」
