「I booked a non smoking room. They had me sign paperwork that I would not smoke in my room then placed me in a smoking room. When I spoke to them about it, he told me it was a non smoking room and I stated that someone had smoked in it and I needed another room. He had an attitude and acted like I was the problem. The breakfast was horrible. It consisted of bread, jelly, butter, 1 yogurt and 1 honey bun.」

「I booked this hotel specifically for the water slide and the hot tub for my elderly parents bad backs. The water slide worked for about 15 minutes then it broke. The hot tub was down my whole stay. I bought 2 rooms and in both rooms the shower didn't get hot. The vending machine didnt work properly. The only great thing I found at my stay was the nice man that made the breakfast he was friendly, understanding and made me feel comfortable. Overall I'm disappointed with my stay 」

「The floors were filthy. You could see the dust built up around the edges of the room, the beds, the furniture. There was dust bunnies hanging from the bathroom fan.」

「It was very spacious for my family of 6. There was great amenities & amazing breakfast. Room was cleaned efficiently.」
