「Welcoming staff and parking is a positive. The toilets and showers are very poor. Doors on toilets don't lock properly, showers are very poor, no cleaning soap in shower or toilet or they were broken. This was on the 3rd floor. Don't know why I was on the third floor s there weren't many guests. Some guests I noticed leave a lot to be desired. I suppose you get what you pay for. This place is in need of a complete overhaul especially the toilet and shower facilities.」

They were a bit overwhelmed in the restaurant in the evening though - not sure if it was because there were more people than anticipated, or not enough staff, but food was very slow coming out and both nights we ate there there were errors in our order.
