"The room was not clean. It was very filthy."

"Close to everything, Fairly clean, quiet, living room furnitiure need replacing, springs are worn out. Fitted bottom sheet on all beds are too small, so you end up getting up several times to fix the sheet so you are not sleeping on the mattress, need to replace with larger pocket sheets. Toilets and sinks upstairs are very low. Pool area is good. but outdoor pool is not heated. Courts in good condition. The balcony off master bdrm had no patio furniture and the patio furniture on the main level is very old and worn out. A Barbque would have been nice."

"Hotel was a good night stay for the price. Apparently, the hotel is under construction and is dated. Front desk attendant was rude and unfriendly."

"I stayed in room 227 it was beachside King room and there was no obstruction to my view it stayed perfect temperature no matter where I put it on the thermostat it was right there and it had everything we needed for our stay including dishes which we loaded in the dishwasher before we left the staff was amazing the room was spotless I was definitely impressed."

"The access to the beach is not for wheelchairs.. There is construction of some sort blocking the walkway for wheelchairs to get to the pool area. I honestly think you guys need to make a private path for just Seaside so your guests don't have to use the public access path. The breakfast is not free it is sub par for $8.95 each. The room 606 we stayed in had plenty of space for a wheelchair. The room and the view was priceless. We will stay again.The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was an male working 2nd shift that was not very friendly. The girls on day shift was great."
