「Room was not what was advertised in the Expedia app. Oceanfront room was a view of palm trees and the hot tub full of drunks from the 1st floor. Couldn’t even use the balcony and it was the only reason I go to the beach. Staff said the room online is not the one you are promised. If that matters to you go to a different website and guarantee your room. 」

「I love the Oasis Hotel! It’s a great hotel if you’re on a budget with an AMAZING VIEW. The balcony is huge and private. I came here for a birthday weekend with my husband. We will be back again. With only one room available staff was able to get me a room on the top floor! 10/10 ✨💕」

「Upon arriving at the property, the lobby was closed. I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for someone to arrive and assist me. The photos of the rooms shown on the app are completely different from reality, and the room itself was in a filthy condition; the bed—including the sheets and blanket—had clearly already been used by someone else, yet they rented the room to us in that state. I consider this a sign of disrespect, as what is displayed on the app does not correspond to the actual room....

「Charged me for damages that didn’t occur while vacationing there. I will never book with Hosteva again or the Ocean Pier condos. Word of advice book with someone else if you don’t want to be charged extra fees and prior damages that were there before check in.」

「The room was not what I thought I reserved from Expedia. No one at hotel could make an upgrade due to being a 3rd party. When calling Expedia, which was not easy, they blame it on the hotel. A lot of finger pointing but not much action for the customer.」

「Room was generally fine, but tv had small blank spots on the screen. The real problem was the loud late check-in across the hall (1:30 am), followed by management having a loud discussion with them in the hall about their declined credit card at 2:15 am. Very inconsiderate! Pretty much ruined my night’s sleep. 」
