「One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant.」

「We (myself, wife, and 2 children) booked a room at this place for 1 night. About 10pm, the AC stopped working. After calling twice, the desk finally sent someone to look at the AC. The maintenance man showed up with no tools, and simply said he couldn't fix it. I called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available but he could move me to a suite at another building.
