「Treetop lounge good!」

「Great place to stay on the beach, perfect views and location. The hotel had many amenities, also a club. I wanted to party at the club, but they never opened... Pointless to have it, if we can't enjoy it, but overall my stay was wonderful. 」

「The front desk is amazing at this hotel. They work well with every request. Our room was ready early and they let us check in. We wanted a room on an upper floor and they easily accommodated that. They are amazing. Parking is limited and tight but every hotel experiences this. Our room was great with a kitchenette. It was clean. They did not vacuum everyday and that would have helped. The access to the beach is easy.」

「A gentleman named Henry checked us in and he was great. The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous, the room was very clean, easy access to the beach and the shops. No golf cart parking needs to be added to the website and the rooms are dated but all in all we had great time!!」

「Check in was great, park and head to your room. Once inside we could smell that some cleaning materials have been used however, one of the three showers was dirty. One of the bathroom sinks, clogged up. We cleaned it. There was clogged of hair. There was hair and ants in 3 of the 4 bed's. The TVs in 2 of the rooms were older and only was about to get 3 channels. In the master bedroom there was a small leak from the air vent that got my shoes wet. The location and view was amazing. 」

「There was no onsite representative. The codes seemed very cumbersome. I called the contact number regarding the need for an additional parking pass due to unforeseen injury resulting in an additional vehicle being used to transport my guest. The "free" lots were quite a distance from the resort. This all caused stressed. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, a rug in the LR was torn at the edge which could cause a fall. The stench from the work on the elevators was very very irritating. ...
