"We had a bad experience. We walked into our room (immediately after check in), our sheets and pillowcases were dirty. Pillow cases had food and long strands of hair all over it. We called to front desk to have them bring us clean sheets and put them on the bed for us. We were advised by a staff member that housekeeping had left for the day and and they didnt know if they could be of any help. However, moments later, a maintenance man came up with a plastic bag full of sheets to fit a much smaller bed and we were told that we would have to put them on ourselves because noone was there to do it. Our bed was a King size. We called back to the front desk to let them know, and they sent the maintenance guy again with another wrong set of sheets. Staff also could not find a blanket for us to use that night. So, for the third time of the first night, we asked for sheets to fit our king size bed and we were again, given the wrong sheets with no blanket. My husband and I had to sleep in a room with no sheets on the bed. we had to piece the smaller sheets up just to have something to lay on. The bathroom was also nasty and dirty. I had to clean it myself before we could use it. The seat, floor and towels was dirty.We were in room 312, where you can see from the inside of our door to the outside of the door from the large crack between the door and frame. We could here every sound in the hallways and other rooms. Were unsatisfied. The manager said if youll give a refund, he'll approve "

"This has to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life and I’m 52 years old!!! Used condoms in the pool no smoke alarm in the room.. a pcs of condom wrapper on the floor.. the office is only open 3 hrs a day and if you get there late you’ll have to sleep in the parking lot like I did!!! Trust me it’s REALLY bad I have pictures!!"

"Floors on all rooms were dirty! Elevators in our building and the parking deck were often inoperable. This was supposed to be a non smoking facility but there was cigarettes and marijuana being smoked, the smell was very obvious. Overall would not recommend this property. "

"This condo was an older unit with older furniture, frayed carpets, smelled like pets. We could not access the building because we were given the wrong access code to get inside. Check out was super early at 10am, but someone was pounding on the door at 10:01am. I also had a package delivered (specified to the door) but was delivered to the locked mailbox which we never received. I tried contacting the owner through the portal as well as the maintenance man said he contacted them but no repose, so no package by the time we left. Highly recommend another unit here. Windows also need to be cleaned in order to see the ocean view from the side."

"Upon arriving at the property, the lobby was closed. I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for someone to arrive and assist me. The photos of the rooms shown on the app are completely different from reality, and the room itself was in a filthy condition; the bed—including the sheets and blanket—had clearly already been used by someone else, yet they rented the room to us in that state. I consider this a sign of disrespect, as what is displayed on the app does not correspond to the actual room. I spent about 20 minutes in the room; the odor was overpowering, and—naturally—I was not going to sleep in a bed that had been used by other people. When I returned to the lobby to file a complaint, there was no one there, and I demand a refund of my money. Thank you."
