「The check-in process was easy and everyone at the front counter provided great customer service. Room was clean with no order. Great view and more than enough room for son and I getaway before he starts school. 1 bedroom condo ocean view looked like what I expected. Will be using resort again and the location is PERFECT. From being around corner from restaurants, Broadway at Beach, TopGolf, Captain Georges Restaurant, and all the grocery stores and shops your heart desire. Amazing!!! 」

「The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer.」
