"Room was not as clean as it should have been. The couch, sofa and throw pillows were soiled. We put sheets over the couches and throw pillows. Also cupboard faces and walls, switchplates had quite a bit of slop spilled on them that wiped off quite easily but should have been wiped down before we got there. Biggest concern was the lack of bathroom facilites at the pool. This almost seems against code...certainly not a healthy situation. Can only assume the dozens of little.kids and the dozens of drunk guy at the pool bar and hot tubs were peeing on the pools rather than taking the 15 or 20 minutes needed to go to the third floor or their room. Absolutely the most inconvenient and potentially most disgusting resort pool set up we have ever stayed in. Will not stay there again despite the otherwise great facility due to the fact that there are no bathrooms at the pool area. Really.... where does the hotel staff people think people are peeing?"

"We did not stay. We walked in, the door had one lock on the handle, it was dirty, unsafe and looked like we could be in an unsafe place. As a woman with two teenagers- this is not it. We turned around and left. I would not recommend this at all. "

"The cleaning and maintenance staff is a 10 out of 10!! Each of them greeted us at all times. Coming off the elevator, passing by in the parking lot, while they were cleaning the pool, etc. They made the stay very pleasant along with the property in general. We enjoyed going to the Tiki Bar by the pool, the bar tender is very nice and she recommended great drinks. CONS: 1. I wish they had restrooms closer to the pool so its convenient for the kids. 2. They do need to upgrade the property a little. The bathroom door in my suite didnt lock. Also the sliding doors to the balcony didnt lock so it was easy for my 5yo to open by himself. They could use a little oil as well so they don't make noise when everyone is sleeping. 3. The breakfast area was a little crowded because there isnt much room to walk between the tables and food area. Everyone is trying to move back and forth to get what they need and it can be overwhelming. Just be patient and you'll get it done. Overall we enjoyed our time!"

"The only positive thing about this property was the fast check-in. Upon walking to our room we noticed a lot of dirty linen throughout the hallway , which seemed odd because if rooms were being cleaned why not put dirty laundry in a dirty hamper basket. Approximately 10 minutes after being in our room my wife was using the bathroom , a housekeeper barged into the room. My wife was so upset/ embarrassed. The housekeeper stated she didn't know the room was now vacant , she just wanted to make sure she cleaned the room properly. I don't fault the housekeeper , but the front desk receptionist should inform the housekeeping staff when rooms are now occupied. Our toilet kept running throughout the night. Informed the receptionist of the findings , the lady had an attitude and then stated that nothing was wrong with the toilet. The tub had a lot of rust in it to the point you can tell the shower wasn't cleaned from the previous guest. I asked a housekeeper if he could clean the tub, he stated that he didn't have anything to clean the tub but he would send someone else which never happened. The breakfast was a joke. This property has definitely gone down since my wife and I visited 2 years ago. The staff was rude. We will not staff at this property in the future."

"This condo was an older unit with older furniture, frayed carpets, smelled like pets. We could not access the building because we were given the wrong access code to get inside. Check out was super early at 10am, but someone was pounding on the door at 10:01am. I also had a package delivered (specified to the door) but was delivered to the locked mailbox which we never received. I tried contacting the owner through the portal as well as the maintenance man said he contacted them but no repose, so no package by the time we left. Highly recommend another unit here. Windows also need to be cleaned in order to see the ocean view from the side."
