「Great breakfast, clean rooms, nice swimming pool, good location, nice staff.」

「The room was very clean and spacious, soaps/shampoos were from dove which was nice. The drain from the shower was a bit clogged so the water would rise a bit. Hotel breakfast had a great selection, cereals, muffins, bagels, eggs, biscuits, pancakes, sausages, yogurt and juices (just missing hot chocolate for the kids) The pool was warm as it’s outside but it wasn’t cleaned, there was some foamy stuff and lots of dead bugs inside」

「The property management was the worst we have ever seen. Trashbins were full for most of the day and overflowed, bugs were roaming around the bins, cleaning staffs were limited and took the entire day before cleanup the trashbins. Morning breakfast area is extremely small, overcrowded, very very limited items, staffs were alway grumpy.」

「I was on the first floor and when I opened the door, mildew slapped me in the face! The carpet was damp in spots. The room looked clean and was picked up daily. Something I never expected was a daily charge on my credit card of $8.92! I was not told this ahead of time. Because of the smell, I would not go back.」

「I reserved a room with two Queen beds. When we arrived we were in a room with a king and a pull out couch. It was late and we were too tired to try and figure out what happened that first night. The pull out bed was HORRIBLE! It is literally 2 inches thick with springs running all through it and creaked every time my son moved. The next day I asked the front desk and they said our reservation had been changed without notifying us and she didn’t know why. But they were booked full so we were...

「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」
