「Great getaway!」

「Took 30 minutes to check in due to understaffing. Holiday weekend so it should not have been a surprise they would be busy. Tried to get a cart to bring up my own luggage but since it was “full service”, I was not allowed (they lock the carts in the closet). Of course they were understaffed with bellman so the wait was another 25 minutes (2 guys doing valet and bellhop on a 14+ floor hotel???) Did not get any room attendance for 2 days (towels, make-up). Bellhop said we missed out because the...

「Not very happy with the service at the pool and the restaurant bar .. took a long time to service us and I also felt the and drinks where very overpriced it’s ridiculous of paying a lot for just only two drinks parking was an another issue and issue with no signs for bathroom around the hotel very had to find but I think I probably won’t come to this hotel again over all was an ok experience not to thrilled about the place..」

「Shuttle service provided was terrific. Driver David very friendly and attentive. Had a personal pillow removed by cleaning staff that was not addressed or returned which was disappointing. Had a car for transportation otherwise quite a distance from main attractions of Myrtle beach. Hotel quiet. Elevators often had lengthy wait times to get to your room.」

「It didn’t feel or look like a resort. It felt like you were at home. The way it was decorated ase it feel like home and not a hotel.」
