「Unfortunately, the whole time we were here we were ready to not be in the room because of the state of it. It had very clearly not been swept or mopped out in the bedroom and bathroom area (there was hair and food pieces all over the floor) and they forgot to leave us towels and soap. I think there wasn’t soap or towels because the room hadn’t been actually cleaned yet. The air conditioning was fantastic and parking right outside the room is nice. These are the only positive things I can say...

This is not something that is made clear in the listing where it should be — upfront, before you book. We had no choice but to leave and book another place at our own expense. 「the room were well made but not clean it was dusty in the room and he drawers to the dresser were broken . the towels are very small not at all adult size pleasing. the bathrooms only have one glass door and by the time your done showering your bathroom floor is flooded as well. also keep in mind when you get there they ask.
