The place was efficient, but cold. No employees really spoke to you, or engaged. Just everyone doing the job. Stayed 5 nights.

"It’s a modern, well designed hotel with a friendly staff, great atmosphere and a perfect location. Our room had a wonderful view of Florence and there were several nice restaurants within easy walking distance. We are definitely coming back to Florence and we will stay at the Ruby Bea again. "
