"Large room with full kitchen, updated but carpet needed cleaning. All else very clean in the room. Recommended"

"Pool was sandy from people not rinsing their feet. Chair in the room was covered in bird crap stains. Elevators are small and slow. Parking at night is crazy. Room other than the chair was clean. Staff was very friendly. "

"Hotel is right on the beach, room beautiful, clean overlooking the pool and ocean, staff friendly. Restaurant food was pkay. Could use more towel hooks or rods in the bathroom and bigger closet space to store shoes and clothes, but room is large and spacious. Overall loved it and would go back!"

"Horrible horrible horrible experience! Stay here if you like your card over charged and they fight you to check out. They charged my card extra for two nights stay. Female desk employee was openly belligerent!!!! This place has sticks holding open broken exit doors. I was threatened in the parking lot in broad daylight! Don’t stay here! The tub leaked the whole time so you couldn’t sleep unless you turned the fan on max and closed the bathroom door. Mold everywhere. Smelled horribly of urine and feces! Oh, and the half mile walk down unending creepy halls to get to your room will make you feel like you are in the Shining! Not Best Western, The WORST Western EVER!!! I’d give it negative stars if possible! "
