「The room smelled like smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. The steps up to the room were slanted and damaged. The breakfast was not impressive and very minimal options.」

「The rooms and common areas inside were clean. Outside by the pool the grass needed cut. Overall, very nice place.」

「We were greeted by staff that did not tell about the fact that there was no ice for any ice machines. She said “it’s supposed to get fixed but that was days ago”. That continued for our 4 day stay. When I asked for more than 2 towels, since we were staying for 4 days, I was met with- just put the used ones outside the door and then I will give you more”.」

「The room smelled like someone's basement. Severely dated rooms with furniture and linens of a 1980's vibe. Air conditioner was good, water pressure in the shower was decent, only interacted with the staff once and no issues. I will likely look to stay somewhere else if I'm in the area」

「While the staff tried to help as best as they could, this hotel lacked basic requirements of a three star hotel. There was no soap or shampoo when we checked in, the key stopped working after one day even though we were staying for two days, the room had no microwave or a fridge, there was no breakfast and the restaurant/bar were out of service which was not noted anywhere during the booking process. We were disappointed that Expedia would allow this hotel to be on their list as a three star...
