We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, but the pull out bed is not. The breakfast was nice. It is a great place to stay while touring history sites in Palmyra. This was our second stay. It was rainy and muddy outside, so the carpets get dirty, but it seems like more could be done to keep the carpet vacuumed.

We have stayed here before and loved the stay. This time the cleanliness was not good and there was a group of kids running up and down all night on our last night before a 10 hr drive home so no sleep was had.

The staff is very friendly. My first room had chunks of hair in the shower, bathroom floor, and a used towel hanging. I went to the desk and they gave me a new room which the refrigerator didn’t have shelves, no tissues, towels and wash clothes had black stains on them. The window sill had dead bugs. Overall I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re desperate. Not clean whatsoever.

Everything was clean, staff was polite and available, breakfast was ready, warm, easy and had many options that were fresh. Quiet area, nice spacious rooms and clean jetted tub. Extra towels in the room and great location!!

Staff and public areas were nice. The room was clean but needed work, edges viewable through the mirror of the unpainted door casing, Toilet paper holder was moved and the previous location had a piece of sheetrock plugging the hole being held in place by 2 screws, caulk around the soap holder in the shower was done by a 5 year old, no way keeping water from getting behind the wall, decorative kleenex box cover was just that , a cover no kleenex. amenities: the bathroom sink was the size of a dog dish, the toilet was made for pre-schoolers (barely 10 inches high) the shower trunk needs a claw hammer to pry the button up or bang it down to switch from bath to shower and the shower head made it so I nearly had to get on my knees to rinse the soap out of my hair. They are minor inconveniences that won't stop me from staying again.

Check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming. Even late at night, the two gentlemen working were kind and professional, I even brought cake down to share with them for my daughter’s birthday, and the interaction was genuinely pleasant. During our stay, there were a few issues I chose not to complain about, including stains on the pull-out mattress, decorative pillows that were not properly assembled, and a TV in the bedroom that I had nothing on it no Guide shows movies nothing for my son. and when I checked in the Wi-Fi information didn’t work, but None of these were reported because they were not a major concern at the time and we still enjoyed the evening. Unfortunately, the experience changed after checkout. Despite leaving the room clean and organized (trash bagged and tied, decorations cleaned up, balloons popped and disposed of), multiple attempts were made to charge my card for alleged damages. When I called to ask about this, I was told the room was “trashed,” which was absolutely not accurate. I requested to see the photos that were referenced, but they were never provided. I was then told not to worry because the charges didn’t go through, yet my bank continued sending alerts for attempted charges afterward. It’s disappointing that an otherwise nice stay ended this way. The lack of transparency and repeated charge attempts were very concerning and overshadowed the positives.

My room was ok clean but heat had horrible sounds when turning on and off! Refrigerator in room was on but didn’t work! So the take out that we had was wasted because it wasn’t in a working refrigerator! Told the staff about it when we had to ask for an ice bucket that was supposed to be in the room and wasn’t and all they said is that’s not good that the refrigerator wasn’t working!

We lived in Palmyra for most of our lives and have always stayed there when visiting. We will NEVER stay there again. The bathtub had black mold in the corners. I can submit pictures if necessary. The lights would go dim then turn on bright in the middle of the night. There was no striker plate on the bathroom door, it couldn't be closed. The breakfast was terrible, no meat, no juice or fresh fruit. The waffle mix was frozen and couldn't be poured. We went to Mc Donald's for breakfast. Lastly, we spoke to someone else staying there who agreed with everything we said and recommended actual rooms not to stay in. Terrible place.
