The room was clean and the beds were cozy. The washroom was small and uncomfortable and the room that we got had smoke smell even though it was a non smoking room. The smell was so bad, we had to change the room. There was smell of weed throughout the hallway. It was terrible.

Don’t plan on early check in unless you want to pay $20 extra. Room was very nice and clean. However, while waiting in parking lot for check in time drug deals being made in parking lot, mentally unstable persons wandering around property and miscellaneous vagrants. Made me little nervous

Definitely not a place I’d stay again or refer to anyone. Seemed like a refuge for homeless or a temp housing for people. Bedding was stained and towels were paper thin. The halls smelled of stale smoke. The parking lot was filled with people smoking. I tried to talk to management and was given a business card to call.

Staff was nice. First room had no hot water. Had to take a cold shower. In the morning I brushed my teeth and the sink filled up and wouldn’t drain and the refrigerator didn’t work. Moved me to a second room and that room had dirty towels.

It was in a very sketchy place, there were random people at the property next door that you saw as you came in blaring music and more people just smoking and hand out right next to the entrance. The room was worn including cigarette burns on the blanket, worn leather in the desk seat, and the other chair looked very much worn. The refrigerator made noise all night and the pillows were so thin. The elevator was scary. We stayed for one night and I slept for a total of 2 hours. I couldn’t wait to get out of there

Outside needs a facelift. Room was clean and looked nice. People below our room played loud music for an hour and a half and at 10:15 they stopped. It appeared as though economically challenged people were living there. They didn’t give any problems except loud music. When we went to check in no one was at the desk. We rang a buzzer three times, waiting between each attempt. I happened to see the manager’s phone number on a card so I called and he said he was on his way. Eventually he came.

The keycard would not work, so I had to return to the front desk with my luggage to get a different room. I heard arguing across the hall. The comforter on the bed had several burn holes in it and was also soiled. The towels were dingy brown. There were also cigarette burns on the carpeting. This hotel is obviously hired by a housing authority for displaced persons. There was a pot vape smell in the elevator. A lot of people hanging around outside made me feel uncomfortable.
