「Came up to Seneca Falls for a quick stay and this was perfect! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet. The A/C worked beautifully and kept the room nice and chilly. Parking was also a breeze, which is so nice for a quick stay!」

「The room was large and comfortable, with a refrigerator and microwave as well as a TV with a wide variety of channels. The bathroom had a night-light so we didn't have to deal with the glare of overhead lights during the night. I especially appreciated that the excellent breakfast bar included gluten-free bagels without even having to request them! The breakfast room was large and sunny with plenty of tables.」

「I have stayed at this Hotel many times under Comfort Suites, it was amazing. Right now, they are going through changes, with exterior renovations and Hotel name change. So, the hotel is not like the past, they need to work in making sure that the rooms are cleaned and staff know what to do. I do look forward in staying here again once all the changes are done, hoping that the hotel will be like it was in the past.」

「The entire hotel has a refreshed, clean look. The room was clean and was a great value for the money.」

「The room had mold and the 6 year old woke up unable to breathe, requiring a trip to urgent care and a dose of steroids. It cost $60 and the manager refused to give a discount or reimburse for the urgent care visit.」
