「Setting was pleasant. Some confusion at check-in as I was registered for Whispering Winds and thought I was at Skaneateles Inn. The office at WW was never open. The lock on my door did not seem very secure. There was a chain on the wall, but no place on the door to attach it.」

「You only get 1 room key nit 2 because the machine wasn’t working broken. Done people checked in and didn’t get any key card at all. Sad Upon arrival checked in to 2 rooms booked. Immediately had to get 1 room changed due to horrible smell from recent pipe burst and toilet running for over 20 mins. Kiara the nice employee changed the room no problem. Next room better but security bolt on door was missing. 2nd room key card was inactivated accidentally by me but I couldn’t get another card...

「The property/inn was adequate for what we needed. The room was clean and we felt safe. The virtual check in kiosk was cumbersome to use and I missed having staff to assist. The ice machine was either empty or not working. The hallway had a broken kid’s necklace on the floor that was there the entire time we were there so I know it wasn’t vacuumed. And unfortunately police were present for problems in the parking lot three times which left uncomfortable. For the price I expected more.」

「The property was beautiful! The room was updated and the bed was comfortable. The floors creaked at night when the people in the room above us came in late but that was the only issue. They only had a very light continental breakfast and no hot items but there was a good variety and some delightful Danish. We ate there one morning and chose to eat out the next morning for a full breakfast. Very nice and very friendly service!」
