"For the money this property was a good deal. All the hotels around were crazy expensive I’m not sure if it was due to Mother’s Day weekend or the food truck festival nearby but everything was crazy. I’m not one to normally choose motels but this one was pretty good I thought. Not bad for a place to crash after our event. It was a nice touch they had free water, pop, and snacks in the room. Nice tv."

"The hotel and our room were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. What we did not like is that I called on 3 different occasions and spoke with 3 different women at the front desk and emphasized how important it was that we have a refrigerator. The first woman told me she had written down our request. The second woman told me it was entered in our information, and the third woman told me the same and assured me we would have a refrigerator and a microwave upon arrival. We arrived and had neither. We called the front desk and they told us one would be brought up promptly. We had food that needed to be refrigerated and called the desk again 25 min. later. Ten minutes after that a very friendly and helpful maintenance worker brought them both up and connected them. Although this was inconvenient, the staff was always courteous and helpful. It was Syracuse University Graduation Weekend so they were particularly busy which might be why the problem occurred. Mentioning this so someone else might be spared this inconvenience in the future. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

"I have only stayed at several Super 8’s before—I usually opt for a “higher rated” chain, but Good Lord, the inflated prices this year! I took a chance on this, as it was conveniently located, the price was great, and the reviews were decent. I’m very glad I did. It’s basic, from amenities to breakfast, but had everything I needed AND neat and clean as a pin. Workers were in evidence everywhere I looked, including a window washer! My own mother would not be able to find fault. PSA: Don’t forget to tip your housekeeper well—they are a good part of keeping our experiences positive!) Also, easiest on/off the highway possible."

"At 5 am, there was staff talking very loudly in the lobby which woke me up and kept me up since our room was only 2 doors down. There was no continental breakfast set up at all. We have stayed here before and this was a low point. Please get it cleaned up and be more responsible to your customers."

"The staff was helpful but the exterior was deceptive. The rooms had a moldy, there are watermarks and mold in the bathroom ceilings, whcih is also stripping. The carpets are extremely smelly and need to be removed. The exit door near the staircase is a fire safety and the handle is missing which means anyone can jimmy the door and get access to the building. Along with moldy rooms, one room that was booked smelt like someone just finished smoking in there along with the bed not properly done. The showers were not cleaned and lots of hard water marks around the shower heads. The toilet sets are loose which is a liability issue if anyone sits on it and falls. Lastly, the walls are very thin, you can hear the other rooms conversations along with the television."
