Best Western Syracuse Downtown Hotel and Suites
Kiki checked me in and was very sweet. When I walked in my room, temp was set to 52! The bathroom door couldn’t open up all the way because it hit the sink. Weird! And there were no plugs anywhere! I couldn’t plug in my phone to charge - only in the bathroom.

The Parkview Hotel
The multiple staff I met seem to have good intentions, and the sheets and towels were clean. However, the room badly needed dusting from the HVAC unit to lamps to doors.
