"The check-in was super easy. The check-in attendant, Quanesha was polite and smiled when greeting us. I've stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed the facility. The pool is 3-5ft, serves it's purpose. My littles enjoyed it.The breakfast is good, I like making my own waffles. It's bed bug free, but did have a few ants this recent visit. It's quiet and the beds are amazing. TV stations a little shotty. Nonetheless, very good hotel for the price. Will return. "

"Within 10 minutes of the Salem Civic Center. Super nice staff! Fresh towels everyday, which you don't see anymore. The property does have a little wear, but is currently being remodeled. Laurie at the front desk was so nice, helpful, and caring. She intetacted every evening with us asking my son and I if we had a good time at the fair and if we needed anything. Twas a good family feel vibe here. I will be staying again next year!"

"The customer service was amazing. Our trip happened during renovations and how we booked our trip wasn't available for how the renovations were being made and they let us change rooms with no extra charge, that was amazing, but the renovations did wake us up earlier than we wanted. The only really thing I can complain about was the house keeping, I didn't like that they came at 9 every morning. We were just barely waking up and so we only got our room cleaned once. I just wish house keeping didn't happen the first thing in the morning."
