「My family and I arrived and immediately noticed the poor exterior conditions. I go to check in the guy at fron was nice and helpful. As he is checking me in he is looking through a notebook telling me he's trying to find a room that had been clean that didn't have any complaints. We drive around back to where ourcroom is. There is trash everywhere a trash bag hanging from upper balcony and looked very sketchy. We go inside to our room and the place smells like Marijuana and cigarettes. There...

「Although the staff was helpful, the establishment was not what was pictured. The toilet in the bathroom didn't work. The pool, which is the main reason we booked this hotel, was not working. Neither was the hot tub. When asked if we could use the amenities, we were denied. I couldn't wait to leave. This was to be a fun filled weekend for my children at Busch Gardens.」
