「The units are in a luxury apartment building so the only hiccup I experienced was the lack of coordination between the onsite front desk and the reps that answer the phones for the reservation. But the unit was a beautiful, spacious, and well furnished two bedroom apt. It had everything we needed. The place was clean and welcoming. And the water pressure in the showers was perfect. 「I was in Charlottesville to move my son into his dorm at UVA. This place was awesome! It was very close to Grounds and easy to get to. It had everything you needed and was very clean. I received excellent communication about checking in and out and even was left a thank you gift. I would love to stay longer and take full advantage of all the amenities. Definitely another stay in my near future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Charlottesville!」
