「Room appeared clean but found several small live roaches. We don't keep trash in our room. Very noisy, people screaming and fighting with each other. Wi -fi intermittent. Tv channel selection TERRIBLE !! Breakfast was a joke, generic sugary cereal, apples, only good thing was yogurt. Truck from construction was overflowing with trash outside our door. Would not stay there again. I don't recommend.」

「The floors were dirty. Room had a musky smell. Sheets were not properly cleaned.」

「We got there our sheets were not changed. I had to wait like 30 minutes for someone to show up in the front desk to get cleaned sheets. Finally someone showed up and I asked them for new sheets and they provided me with even dirtier sheets. Needless to say, I am never staying at this place. I had no other choice because we had traveled 4 hours to get there and there was no other hotel we could stay at because there was a concert happening that weekend.」

「The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself.」
