「A well-appointed and clean hotel, close to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, responding promptly to queries, allowing an early drop-off of our luggage. The hotel has no restaurant and there are no walkable options nearby, however they offered a simple pasta dish with wine which was perfect for our needs. Our flight was very early however the free airport shuttle service remained available. 」

「I had a wonderful stay at this small, friendly hotel. The staff were genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived and went out of their way to be helpful throughout my visit. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their local knowledge and kindness made a real difference. The atmosphere is relaxed, personal, and far more attentive than you’d ever get in a larger hotel. A great place to stay if you value warmth, comfort, and people who truly care about their guests. 「It is a great hotel! Very spacious room and comfortable bed. It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. For us just spent two full days in beaches so no problem with a little remote from downtown. Do call the hotel to arrange pick up in the airport as the city taxi is much more expensive.」

Breakfast was delicious and extensive, the room was very comfortable with a sea view, and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we were able to check in several hours early. I would highly recommend the Hotel Al Madurig to anyone wishing to stay in the charming town of Castellammare del Golfo.」
