「The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks」

「Most fantastic hotel for last night before early morning flight. Loved everything about it. New pool was amazing. Staff were incredible, Sofia so helpful and friendly. Home cooked meal for dinner. Early morning shuttles with coffee and croissant se were too early for the Buffet. Couldn’t recommended this hotel more. a+++」

「We booked this as an overnight stop before flying out next morning. It was such a nice place that we regretted not using it as a base for travelling the area for a longer period. 」

「A little tricky to find. Perhaps better signage would have helped. Francesca was very friendly & very helpful in explaining all the details needed for our stay. The hotel is a bit isolated but that was ok as we were only staying one night. The hotel organised a taxi transfer early morning at a competitive price. It only took 10 minutes to get to the airport. We didn't experience a proper breakfast as we left before 8am. There were plenty of things available though. Slight issue with people...

「Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip.」
