「The hotel has best views in the Castellammare Del Golfo. It was was bit noisy for 3 nights as they had events. Rooms are clean but for some reason lots of ants on the floor!!! You need a car to get to places as it’s out of the city. Staff are pleasant!」

「The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks」

「beautiful hotel and location *we reserved a "Sea View room", with TWO (2) beds, SPECIFICALLY, and our room ONLY had ONE Bed, and when we asked for a proper room / additional bed, we got a rollaway bed, and they wanted to charge us an ADDIONAL $18.00/night??? We complained, and they ultimately did not charge us ( we think?) but it was an unpleasant check-in experience!!! 」

「The view is amazing. The rooms are clean. But, the catering was terrible. Clear lack of management: arriving around 14h00 we asked if the kitchen was still open. The receptionist said yes, but it was soon to close. The food was clearly microwaved and not tasty. Better to refuse to serve in that case. Expensive and disappointing! Same happened with the breakfast. While on Saturday, breakfast is served until 10am, same as weekly time… the buffet was empty when we arrived at 09h15. Scrambled eggs...

「We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Punta Nord and would happily return. It’s a lovely hotel in a great location, close to both the marina and the beach. There’s a convenient shuttle to the beach if you prefer not to walk, but we enjoyed strolling to the marina each day for our boat trips and into town for dinner in the evenings. 「It is a great hotel! Very spacious room and comfortable bed. It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. For us just spent two full days in beaches so no problem with a little remote from downtown. Do call the hotel to arrange pick up in the airport as the city taxi is much more expensive.」
