「The hotel has best views in the Castellammare Del Golfo. It was was bit noisy for 3 nights as they had events. Rooms are clean but for some reason lots of ants on the floor!!! You need a car to get to places as it’s out of the city. Staff are pleasant!」

「We recently visited this place and were initially impressed by the beautiful surroundings and well-manicured garden. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when we entered our room. It was stuffy, poorly lit, and had an unpleasant odor of cat urine and very strong scented cleaning products. To make matters worse, the room didn't match the photos we had seen online. We were disappointed that there was no one available to speak with about our concerns, and we couldn't request a room...

「We loved staying at this hotel. Great location (loads of restaurants in walking distance), the views from the pool are spectacular. Our room was spacious, light and airy and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering cured meats, cheeses, homemade pastries, breads, scrambled eggs etc. The staff were very helpful during our stay.」

「The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks」
