"My stay was very comfortable. The staff was nice and the ammenities are also great. The staff kept my frozen food until the day of my departure which was nice. The lobby looks really presentable and the dinner wasn't bad. Lots of different crabs available as well as ramen, shabu shabu, desserts and a lot more. For the cost of what I paid, it is definitely worth it. The room is a standard room and a bit old but it is clean and well maintained. It was just hot that night but I asked for a fan and they provided one which helped. Overall, a great hotel to stay in. Plus the Limousine Bus to the airport is literally across the hotel so that made it very convenient on my last day in Sapporo."

"Right across the street from Odori Park, it is within walking distance to the Sapporo TV Tower and the shopping district. The room itself is exactly as the pictures show, and the top-floor spa is excellent with a great view, all the spa amenities, and free water and popsicles for cooling off after a nice soak in the bath. New spa clothes and towels are provided every day, so you are always able to feel fresh and relaxed. The staff is also extremely helpful, and the amenities provided were great. I had mistakenly left some jewelry in my room, and when I contacted the hotel afterwards, the staff found it and shipped it to my next destination without any trouble. Highly recommended!"

"This location was walkable to most places and a few blocks away from the busy tourist areas so you are close to everything but don’t have to feel like you are in the thick of things. Subway station exit is just next door and the mall right beside us has a great bakery."
