The room I was placed in here was much larger and nicer than other business-class hotels I've stayed in in Japan. There was a laundry machine (washer dryer combo) in the room (with detergent included), although the dryer didn't work great with a large load. The internet was fast, especially the upload speed (I recall seeing ~100MB/s down and ~200MB/s up from a test). The staff was polite and usually said a greeting when I passed through the lobby. The location is very convenient for seeing Sapporo (Odori Station is one of the two large stations in the city, and only one stop or a ~10-minute walk from Sapporo Station itself). The ferris wheel and various anime shops are less than 10 minutes' walk away, if you're interested in any of that.

This hotel's location is ideal, within walking distance of Sapporo Station and major shopping areas. While the rooms are slightly compact, they are perfectly adequate for solo travelers. Additionally, the room impressed me with its quiet atmosphere, cleanliness, and convenient in-unit washer and dryer. The staff truly enhanced the experience with their friendly and helpful demeanor.

Only 5mins walk from walking street between lane 4 and 5. Easy access to food and shopping. Decent size, Take the rapid train to Sapporo and walk underground for 20mins to hotel or take the subway one stop to Odori station. Only thing is there limited housekeeping to clear trash and replenish clean towel. No room cleaning till checkout.
