"We were put into a room that had not been cleaned. The bed was a mess, like someone just rolled out of it, towels on the floor, soap open on the sink, smoke detector had tape over it as if to hide smoke. The front desk lady was very nice. Worked to get us into a clean room. Second rooms faucet didn’t work. So she moved us to another area of the hotel. The third room was clean and she was very apologetic. "
