"Loved the all inclusive part of having all food included including coffee delivered to Room at 7:15. Ok that had to walk to main hotel for wifi. Loved remote and privacy of the 42 Cabins and long path that you had to walk. Wonderful outdoor patio. "Hotel is located on a beautiful spot overlooking Lake Bacalar. It is perfect for swimming and enjoying the view from the room. It looks like the hotel was built long time ago and never upgraded or renovated. Bathroom especially was in really bad condition. We checked in for two nights but checked out after staying one night. "The place is just fine for the money, in a quiet area, nice parking, used to be very nice for sure - but now needs a bit off renovations, the linen is well worn out, towels are old, the ceiling needs attention, but ac worked, there was hot water and overall the place is clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant on site too. We didn’t use the pool but it was open and looked usable:) overall a good option for small budget! "
