The hotel was very clean and at a great price! Amazing customer service all around. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job keeping everything spotless, and the receptionists are so kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious (and included!) — they seriously need a tip jar because it’s that good. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in Chetumal! 🙌

This is our go to hotel when we are in chetumal. It's clean and basic, easy to spot. Convient to the places I want to shop when I'm in town. The pool closes at 8pm (20:00) so if you're looking for a swim to wind down after a long drive, come early.
