「This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!」

「My first initial room was 206 It was beautiful but it smelled like dog urine. The lady at the desk was very helpful and gave us a different room 221 which was okay. The room was also beautiful but the carpet was filthy. The lady that serves the breakfast in the morning was very rude and disrespectful. She’s very grateful that we chose too leave our kids upstairs when we came for breakfast. The hotel was decent for the price」

「the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure...

「We didn’t receive any services for our 4 day stay. We had to search out the cleaning crew for fresh towels, and room essentials. When I called to ask why our room hadn’t been cleaned they said they were short staffed. We were out of our room plenty of hours for them to do a quick clean. The garbage was never emptied we had to bag it up and set it outside our room. The last straw was we had been out for several hours and came back to our still unclean room. 「I get that operating costs have risen but it seems on a stay of 4 nights there should be some level of room service done. There is not enough drying space for towels nor adequate air flow in the room to fully dry towels. This should be addressed.」

「Upon arriving at the motel, I was informed that they do not accept online reservations. As a result, I had to use hotel.com to request a refund, which I have not yet received. Despite my efforts to contact the motel, they consistently advise me to speak with the manager, but there is no manager available. I had to pay upon arrival, and they were unwilling to issue a return.」
