The staff was excellent and no where near reflective of my experience...but for $180 a night...the price was not worth it...Room was clean, bed is comfortable and breakfast was delicious. However, I go to check-in and find out their elevator is shut down. Then find out there's not a single Ice machine in the building. None of which was listed on the ad for when I made my reservation. So I felt a little dooped. The front desk clerk was very accommodating as she got me ice from behind the bar, and let my guest park overnight. So the staff overall 4.5/5 stars, the hotel itself...2/5 stars.

The room needed a deep clean. The bathroom door was filthy. Paint was chipping off the door. The closet door did not shut. The walls of headboard were dusty. The paper towel in kitchen was dirty, it looked like it had been there years.

All the staff super friendly. Loved that check out Is at 12:00pm not 11:00am like most hotels. Swimming pool and outside patio very refreshing!

This hotel is very tired. Numerous damage spots on the walls throughout the property. Pool and pool furniture in dire need of maintenance. Cushions visibly falling apart. Part of our decision to go here was write ups raving about the breakfast. They were wrong. Very limited selection and poor quality food. Hallways have no ventilation so it was very stuffy and no where for all the cooking odours to go. Hotel is Motel 6 condition.
