The hotel is in a nice, safe area of town. Liked having a bigger fridge. We had several bugs in our room. Bedroom doors were difficult to open/close. Otherwise a decent stay. I would suggest they call in an exterminator

My wife and I stayed for a week at this property along with her parents for a week while visiting their family who live not far away. The rooms were nice and the outdoor patio was a lot of fun for us. The carpet NEEDS to be replaced. However, the front desk staff were the runaway stars of the week. Managers Jeanette and Jennifer were absolutely on the ball the entire stay and helped us with SO many requests throughout the week. They smiled every single day and they simply went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From multiple replacement keys to bedding requests, to help with washer/dryers, they were so helpful and their customer service was well beyond expectation. Thank you Jeanette and Jennifer for all you did!

3-night stay

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family. I did sign up for room service when I checked in on the app. The room was never serviced. The second day my husband asked for them to switch out the towels before we left for the day. They never did. He had to go to the front desk when we returned that night. The night staff were wonderful and very attentive, The room was nice and clean. The pool was closed. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time since it was 100 degrees during our visit.
