不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
This hotel could be great if upkept better.
First they accidentally put me in a room that wasnt cleaned, bedding was on the floor and trash was piled up in the kitchen so i had to call down to the front tell them.... they had myself and my luggage come down 4 floors back to the front only to go right back up and put me in the room next door to it.
Breakfast once again could be great but its not upkept much... packaged food like jimmy dean sandwiches in the warm tables, and the sausage looked like it was steam cooked. Not browned at all.
Last but not least i stayed there 3 nights after the first night i asked the feont desk if we got house keeping she said no, not unless you request it they usually only clean between stays, well while I was at my work event someone went into the room anyways did bring new towels which was nice but left a note stating they couldnt make the beds because i had a few clothing items on it.
No hot tub. Pool area didnt have towels we had to ask for some and there was wads of hair floating in the pool so we did not swim but a few seconds.
