「Pretty basic hotel room. Pretty clean. Room had a Roku smart tv where you could sign into Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc. You don’t have to watch the garbage regular channels that are 90% commercials.」

「Everything was clean and looked well maintained. The bathroom looked updated, the bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is to put a mirror in the main room outside of the bathroom.」

「A decent place to stay for the price. Convenient to dining options. The room was clean and well lit. Water pressure was fine. The mattresses were a bit soft for my liking. There was no hair dryer in the room. 😟 When staff cleans a room there should be a checklist of essentials they sign to indicate the room is ready. Having ear plugs supplied at the bedside should’ve been an early indicator of a noisy air conditioner. The staff is trying hard, but renovations are needed.」

「We loved staying here! The pool was fun and the hot tub was great. The popcorn and food offered at night were a complete meal for my family. We had trouble with random kids knocking on doors late at night and the staff handled it immediately! There were a lot of options at breakfast! Drury Inns are the best!!」

「I love hampton suites. Very roomy and well laid out. What I didn't like was the noise from the bathroom. Sounded like a water leak with a constant drip sound. I reported it and was told it was a fan making the noise. 2nd night we turned on the bathroom fan and shut the door. This worked pretty well. All in all nice stay minus the drip sound the first night. Very friendly pleasant hotel staff.」

「The property looked nothing like the photos online. Random people up all night walking past the window. More like an apartment/extended stay and I was definitely not aware of that. I mean I guess it’s better than sleeping outside but definitely a hell no for me! Futon (that I had no idea was even in the room cause what I booked said 2 queen beds)Covered in dog fur. Whole room smelled like dogs. Top sheet dirty. Small kitchenette missing the dishwasher but not 1 single dish. Water damage to the...

「We had a very pleasant stay. We had a Studio Suite with 2 Qn beds and sofa bed. I have nothing negative to say. Hotel is at a nice and safe location; it has clean and very spacious room with full kitchen, good customer service, great breakfast buffet. Cathy, the supervisor, was very nice, helpful and accommodating. We will stay here again on our next trip to Louisville.」
