「Such a beautiful stay. The room exceeded our expectations. There was a party happening downstair in the court」

「Clerk at check in was a grump. First automatic entry do was in a state of needing repair. Odd front desk location, no line of sight to greet guests. Requested some minor service which wasn’t handled well. Coffee pod restock (no decaf). No coffee cups. Kleenex box was empty. Towels and soap removed. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast buffet was good though not great.」

「The location on the hill is great as we had a room that looked out over the downtown and hills of KY. We really enjoyed our balcony. The room was clean but the entire hotel is VERY dated. The bed was a 7 out of 10 for comfortability but the pillows were not good. Breakfast was average for continental. Our daughter was not feeling well the morning we were supposed to check out and I asked the lady at the desk in the morning if there was a possibility of having 1 extra hour before check out and...

「My overall experience was very positive. The accommodations were clean, well-kept, and in excellent condition. The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. The amenities were satisfactory, and the pool area was well-maintained. I would consider staying here again.」
