「Clean room and friendly staff!」

「Don't stay here. There was black mold on the ceilings in the hall on the 1st floor outside my room. The actual room was very musty. I had a small patio a joined to my room, but the lock was stuck then when I tried to go out the main door to tell the desk clerk, I had a hard time getting the door unlocked! I'm sure it was because the hall & rooms were so damp & musty. When I went to the desk to tell them my patio door lock was stuck, she said she could come & try it because she was the only one...

「The room was absolutely perfect. We had two tiny, MINISCULE issues, which were the toilet when we flushed was super loud, and the sink had a tiny leak. But other than those miniscule issues, it was an absolutely perfect stay, and we plan on book at this hotel again in the future.」

「I would have given three stars, but the staff he is non-existent. No one in the office all weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday). No housekeeping. No anyone except the guests who all had complaints (no way to get more than two very small bath towels, toilet paper, soap [micro bars good for one shower], an extra key, or any assistance). 「Beautiful furniture, nice overall place, great walking distance to most things in a cute town! Only issue is it advertises two bathrooms and there are NOT two. We brought this up to management. They said they would correct this listing, but it has not been corrected. 」

「When I entered the room I immediately saw dead bugs, holes in the wall, and lamps that had flood lights instead of regular light bulbs. This was not a place I was going to stay an hour or more in. Went back to the front desk, turned in the key, and looked for a different place to stay.」
