「Room was not cleaned during our three night stay despite tipping a houskeeper and asking a desk attendant to take care of it. Lower garage is leaky, dreary, difficult to navigate around concrete columns and scary at night.」

However, not sure we would choose this location again as it is right next to the freeway - the thunder of traffic is significant. The room we had was musty and the shower head hose leaked as much as the shower head. Might have been an ADA room but toilet didn't have a grab bar...? Breakfast was OK but sparse in some areas (have never seen such small yogurt containers). Although nobody was in the dining area, the...
