From the front desk staff to the breakdown service , it was exceptional!!!
The food was delicious and appealing. It must have been prepared by a professional chef!!
Food Service by Ben was outstanding!!!!
I enjoyed every!!!!!
This hotel is beautiful and big too. My king room was very spacious. The only thing i didn't like is lack of shuttle service and room service. ALL signature Marriot hotels should have those two. I am a Bonvoy members from Dallas area, I expected those two services.
Hotel is 5 star otherwise.
Great staff. Easy check-in and access to everything hotel was very nice! Room wasn’t bad, bathroom kind of small for price but overall 8/10 experience.
We enjoyed the bars and bar staff. They also have nice, clean rooms with a great courtyard to enjoy in the evening. My only complaint is our TV wouldn’t connect so we weren’t able to use it
The pool and spa were being redone. And they look like they’ll be nice. They were to open the weekend of Memorial Day 2026. The rooms are being updated. Nice gym and a yoga room. There’s continuous security driving around the parking area so it makes that area feel safe. And the staff is exceptionally friendly. I have stayed at very few hotels that actually have this kind of wonderful staff. The bar and restaurant area is very open and bright. Food was amazing for what I was expecting from a hotel.
Room is not clean, food at the restaurant not only

Property and hotel itself was nice. Looks renovated. Lobby area, bar, restaurant, food was good. Staff was great, very friendly, cordial and service was good. Gym was nice, new. Pool area courtyard looked nice as weak. Neighborhood was a little rough. It looks like some nearby properties were closed/rundown, but they may be renovating that as well. They did have security driving through lot. Overall it was a good value and quick drive to downtown. Would consider staying there again if in area.

Disliked: Amenities
A brown hair strand was stuck on the bathroom sink railing saw it when I was using the toilet. No extra blankets in the room if so couldn’t find them. The room was at 65’ no instructions to reset it call the front desk and they help me. I look for literature or pamphlets in the room to tell about room service or.information on amenities could not find 1 piece of info that was really disappointing and not knowing where is ice ect. But the best part was breakfast staff nice and friendly and hands on a very pleasant surprise the black male was exceptional very attentive love that don’t see that kind of service anymore. Overall 3.3 out of 5 things that can. Be corrected yes I will stay again for about 50.00 cheaper or discount .
The hotel was nice and staff were friendly. We had trouble getting into our room every time we left and tried to come back. Our keys would not work, we had to go down to the desk and have them reprogramed each time. It was very frustrating and nothing was done to try and look at it to fix it. We had 2 rooms and both had this issue. I know it happens occasionally at most hotels, but having to do it every time was not acceptable.
While the property was recently renovated. Everything is clean and beautiful. But in the rooms they put down throw rugs to use getting in and out of bed. These rugs ARE dangerous, because they slip and slide. Which I believe is going to eventually cause injury to someone. I almost fell getting out of bed. The rug shifted under me and I had to grab the bed to keep from hitting the floor.
The room was clean, however our internet didn’t work in our room and we were unable to connect to Netflix. They said it’s been a known problem which I don’t understand why they would place anyone in that room. The bathroom sink would fill when we’re were brushing our teeth and the constructionist the building was a lot. Honestly this was not of the Marriott standards we’re use to and the area of the hotel was questionable.
