「Everything met our needs」

「First and foremost, the staff, from the GM to every other staff member we met, was so very pleasant, helpful and efficient. We were continually and sincerely asked by all we met, “Is there anything we can do to help or make your stay better?” We will be back.」

「AC was off in the entire hotel, was told to just wait until the room cooled down: we walked into the room at 88 degrees! Pool is not functioning with no warning on the site. TV was not working until we had someone come down, even then it was stuttering quite often. No cleaning supplies for shower. No coffee maker, even when listed on site. Holes and gunk all over the walls. Do not stay unless DESPERATE!!」

「I love hampton suites. Very roomy and well laid out. What I didn't like was the noise from the bathroom. Sounded like a water leak with a constant drip sound. I reported it and was told it was a fan making the noise. 2nd night we turned on the bathroom fan and shut the door. This worked pretty well. All in all nice stay minus the drip sound the first night. Very friendly pleasant hotel staff.」

「The renovation of an existing motel is very well done. Considering the price per night is almost 1/2 of the chain motels, we were concerned with staying there the first time. It is a motel and not a hotel, which means you park for free at your room door, and enter your nice room from the outside of the building. 「This was a very nice room, and we would stay again. The bed was comfortable, and there was room to relax. The only complaint was that there were people, probably children, running around above us until late into the night. If we stayed again, I would request a room on the third (top) floor.」
