「Did not feel safe. A lot of doors on bottom level including front desk was unlocked amd unattended. You do not need a key to get in this hotel. The parking lot had a lot of people hanging around late at night. Rooms are very dirty. Not vacuumed, dusted, or swept in bathroom, toilet dirty bathtubs grimy and brown and black. There is a gas station located very close and they did have breakfast. Nothing fancy but it was fine enough.」

「Although the hotel is older and somewhat outdated, it was clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptional - very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. One thing to keep in mind is that valet parking is only available Friday through Sunday.」

「Very outdated and wore out」

「Great service, clean hotel, in a nice quiet location.」

「.」

「The lobby was large and comfortable, especially as we had to wait to check in. I loved the layout of the room! It was spacious and I really liked how the builtin desk was in the center of the room which effectively created a sitting area on one side and a nice big bed on the other. The bathroom was large and modern. The location of this hotel was perfect if going to the Ark Experience. We had dinner at the nearby Mexican restaurant which had great food.」

「Pet friendly Clean」

「Very clean, comfortable hotel. Great breakfast!」

「From check- in to check-out 3 days later, this is definitely one of the nicest Hampton Inn’s we’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, seemed newly updated, the staff were wonderful, helpful, and our room was spacious and pleasant. Will stay here again!」

「Loved the room! Felt like luxury glamping while we came to visit the Ark. will come again if we decide to visit the Ark once more.」

「The property was so clean! Every area! The room, the lobby, the eating area, the outdoor areas. The bedding smelled so fresh, and was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly while still being professional. Definitely recommend this property! C5 stars.」
