Place was clean and simple. We were there to go to The Ark, and it was very close and convenient. Staff was nice. Wish coffee & breakfast was a bit better, but overall it’s a good place for a budget. Would stay there again.

The kids enjoyed the basketball hoop. The staff was kind and helpful especially with a late check in. Breakfast options were limited but okay-it did say continental so it was as expected. The rooms were clean in spite of needing updates. Overall a great place to stay if youre visiting the Ark.

Breakfast have very little choices but nevertheless enough if you’re just eanting a quick bite. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed daily as well. Parking is good, right in front of your room.

The draw to this property is the location to the ark and that you can walk to the Mexican restaurant. It's an older hotel with old fixtures so if you're very picky you won't like it. I have stayed several times and the rooms are clean with a coffeemaker, microwave, and fridge. I like the staff there. They offer a basic continental breakfast.

Breakfast Menu was continental only which didn't work for me however a pretty good selection for continental. Parking was ample, the bed was okay. Rooms appeared to be recently renovated. Major Potholes in the shared driveway were a nuisance. Staff was friendly. Rooms were made up in a timely manner. Laundry facility was a plus. Location is close to the Ark Encounter which was nice.

Room was ok - thin walls and older comforter, but updated with new tile floor in room and shower. Appreciated the tile floor instead of carpet. Floors had a little dirt when we arrived. Room was clean otherwise. Continental breakfast was predominantly carbs with waffle maker, breads, and cereal. There were no protein options besides yogurt cups. Had a great view of the Ark from our landing on the second floor. The Mexican restaurant was very busy!

The room was ok - clean but not fancy The staff was wonderful - very helpful and attentive. I had an issue with my key-card working the second day and they immediately fixed the issue (freezing weather was the issue - 4 degrees so battery was affected) Nancy at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again if I was in that area.

The room was very clean! It was an easy check in and felt safe for an outside entrance to rooms. There’s a restaurant right next door. We came for an event at the Ark and could see the entrance from the parking lot. They did try to make things look nice with it being an older property.
