「When I picked this hotel it showed a nice room with king size bed and couch and clean. When we got there,no King size bed and no couch in the room. Room was disgusting and outdated. Several bugs in the room.」

「Rooms were adequately clean, beds comfy and large. Plenty of room for a single person to get around. Staff cares about everyone including pets.」

「The proximity of the hotel to the Ark Encounter is GREAT! A shuttle across the parking lot to the Encounter entrance would be an amazing addition to consider. Breakfast was delicious. A great variety to choose from for children and adults. Would suggest adding additional seating; possibly 6-10 more seats. I would recommend staying here. I will plan to stay here again on my next visit.」

「My complaint is with the DM Whitney and how she takes care of customer complaints and concerns. Also how the staff took care of our room and condition we came in after a long day.」

「We stayed overnight with our cat and purposely booked an accessibility room that was stated to include a visual fire alarm. The room was accessible for physical disabilities with wide bathroom door and walk in shower, it was not equipped for people with hearing disabilities such as myself. There was only a smoke detector without any strobe light, not useful for those of us who are deaf. The room was great otherwise but was a disappointing at best in terms of ADA requirements.」

「Room was clean bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. Exercise room was spacious with good equipment. There were no wipes for the equipment that would be helpful for the future」

「Quick drive to the airport. You can not use their airport shuttle if you book on Expedia or third party app. But other than that it was a nice hotel」
