If you need a bed to sleep in, the room itself was dated but otherwise clean.If your going for the amenities (including the rotating restaurant) it was awful. We checked in fine, staff were pleasant. Elevator was scary. Had reservations at eighteen for 7:45 but were told that our table wasnt available for another hour due to lack of availability (even though the restaurant was nearly empty). Finally got appetizers were great but it took another hour to place an order for dinner and then another hour to get served. It was also FREEZING in the restaurant so much so that we had to go back to the room to get our coats and a blanket. My son ended up falling asleep at the table in his coat waiting for food. Not to mention they were out of several main courses so we all had to figure out other things to order from an already limited menu. Food itself was cold when we got it. The server was apologetic for the delays, and it was clearly a staffing issue. We didnt get back to our room till eleven at night. Fast forward to the morning and my husband took our son to the pool and was swimming in the water and found a broken swimming pool light underwater with a cord exposed. He had to yell at our son to get out of the water. Thank god he didnt get electrocuted. There were also no clean towels available so they had to go back to the room sopping wet.Will not be going back.

Overall great experience the only hiccup was confusion at the brunch (food was amazing) but staff service was definitely something to be desired. ITT won’t stop us from returning in March!

The hotel offers two restaurants one with a very limited menu and expensive and the other was closed. I needed an accessible room and the room was not very accessible. I couldn't fit my small wheelchair between the two beds.

Staff did not greet us when we walked in. Staff were not overly friendly. Staff were many times not at counter. Staff spent majority of time booking reservations for restaurant. Not impressed with hotel . No one to help with bags . Pool entrance was not found . Told to go to other entrance yet that entrance wasn’t opened . Hall & room smelled .

The last day I stayed here it was the worsted my check out was at 12pm because I ask for a late check I had a couple of meetings that was on Zoom call I had to sit in on so I left my room around 730am and came to the business center because I didn’t want to disturb my husband he was sleeping while I was in my meeting one of the staff was a male ask me aggressive did I have a room him I responded to him and said yes and then he ask me in the same tone of voice what’s the room number I told him 1230 and then I did ask him is it a problem he walk away didn’t answer my question I didn’t do anything at that point but then my husband calls my phone asking me what’s going on and that the front desk has called upstairs so I go to the front desk and ask what’s going on they said “well you came down at 630am and you been there for a while some people come off the street and sit in there” I ask her how can you assume I came off the street if you just said I came down at 630am just a huge inconvenience made me feel so uncomfortable and also the business center have no hours posted anywhere on how long you can use it I feel like the issue could have been handled a little better instead of the staff thinking Im lying they could have ask me for my ID and verify that it was my room calling upstairs and not answering my question was so unprofessional I will never book here again

We stayed there for a night. First of all, check-in took so much time. There were no receptionist for a while, 2-3 people were already waiting for check-in, but no one showed up for a while. The room was not so clean, the carpet was dusty, the washroom was not upgraded and bathtub was not so good. I thought, if I spend mlre money and get the better property then cheaper motels, then it is better to go for a good stay. But I felt that, they are only charging you for everything, but the condition is almost similar to the cheaper motels.
